Effective Immediatly: due to very long USPS International Delays, which have become unreasonable, we recommending to use UPS for International orders, if you dont mind waiting 4 weeks to 8 months, then go ahead and select USPS.

How Information is Collected:
Our website does not automatically recognize you. We obtain information from you only if you choose to share it through such on-line means as email, filling out a form, joining a mailing list, registering for a password, etc.

Cookies:
Currently this website has not implemented cookies. If you choose to create an account, or fill out a form, or add items to a shopping cart, the website session will only retain info for customers which choose to create an account. If you do not create an account your shopping session may be lost if you close your browser. The hosting service for this site might leave a cookie. Cookies might be added at any time in order to enable us to implement an enhanced on-line shopping cart, as well as provide sections of the web site that have restricted access. For your information, a cookie is a small amount of data this is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. It is often used by web sites for on-line shopping and to have your computer remember items in your shopping cart.

Order Processing:
The majority of orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours or less, occasionally an order might take a few days more before shipping, this situation is rare. An email notification will always be sent when your order is submitted and another email notification will be sent when your order is shipped. Depending on your email provider you may need to check your spam folder if you cannot find your order email or tracking number.

Shipping Methods:
The 12oClockLabs store offers a variety of shipping methods via UPS and USPS. All postage calculations are done in real time using the cubic dimensions and weight of the products in your cart, to provide the most accurate shipping calculation possible.
Occasionally we may change your shipping carrier, meaning your order may be shipped USPS or it maybe shipped UPS, regardless of what you selected. This is rare, but if it does happen, it is for good reason, such as we are having a problem with a specific carrier at that time.
12oClockLabs is not responsible for shipping delays due to a shipping carrier; there are no refunds just because a package is delayed in transit.
If a package
is lost during shipment, we will work with the shipping carrier to handle finding the package or submitting a claim.

Return / Exchange Policy
You must first contact us to obtain an RMA number before returning any item. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days after the date of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, (un-used resell-able condition), absolutely no exceptions. Please save all packaging, and please do not mare and destroy a products packaging by smashing the product into a smaller box than it will fit. Product must be received in "un-used resell-able condition", not crushed damaged condition. RMA Returns must be received in a box, envelopes and bubble-envelopes are NOT accepted and will be refused. RMA returns must be shipped to us by USPS Priority Mail in a box, we do not accept First Class Mail or Parcel Post Mail packages, they will be refused. There are no restocking fees for exchanges, but there is a 10% restocking fee for items returned without an exchange. Credit card fees are not refunded to us when we process the refund for an order. Customers will also pay all shipping costs incurred for the refund or exchange, this means you will pay to ship the item back to us AND if you received paid or free shipping on your original order, we will deduct whatever our shipping cost was from your refund. Make sure to insure your return shipment, the responsibility will remain with the customer on ensuring any returned products are successfully returned.

By using any 12oclockLabs product you agree to assume all risk and liability therein, and not hold responsible 12oclockLabs for any mishap (either foreseeable or unforeseeable) that may arise from using or misusing any product; this includes all items sold or distributed by 12oClockLabs. All electronic devices are subject to possible failure during normal usage, and by using any product you agree to assume the risk and liability for such a possible failure. By using a product you also agree that you are solely responsible for making sure the equipment you are running meets the laws and regulations for where you live.

3 Year Limited Warranty:
In the event of a 12oclockLabs product failure due to normal usage, 12oclockLabs may elect to repair or replace your product, for a period of 3 years from product purchase date; at their option. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, alteration, or self repair. 12oclockLabs will determine if any damage incurred was not due to normal product usage. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product, and is transferable to a new owner with proof of purchase.
